All bookings are subject to Spa Maroc’s full Terms and Conditions.

It is your responsibility to check all details are correct on this booking confirmation and inform us within 24hrs if there are any errors we may need to correct.

Group bookings, Packages and Thermal Suite

Full payment has been taken at the time of booking to secure the reservation and is non-refundable. Should you wish to amend or change an existing booking 7 days before your arrival, we offer one complimentary date change. Please note, this option is only honoured once, and any further date changes will be subject to a £25 fee per person. Please note due to our group booking policy, we are unable to accept any groups larger than 8 guests.

Treatment bookings

100% of your full payment has been taken at the time of booking to secure the reservation and is non- refundable. Should you wish to change or amend an existing booking, We will provide an option to change your date and re-book an alternative date at no additional cost, when this request is made a minimum of 72 hours prior to your visit to Spa Maroc. Please note, this option is only honoured once.

No shows & late cancellation will incur an automatic full treatment charge.
